REFUND POLICY
Our Commitment Every Neurowyld product is made to order, just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. We encourage you to review our size chart carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please contact us at support@neurowyld.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the issue
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item.
Refunds Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at support@neurowyld.com.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order. If your original order qualifies for a refund, we will process it separately.
Sale Items & Gift Cards Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
European Union Orders If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Contact us at support@neurowyld.com to initiate.
