What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for quick and secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order after it’s placed?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at admin@lifeskillsadvocate.com. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel your order. 

How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We proudly ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping time depends on your location and chosen delivery method.

What are your shipping costs?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free shipping to the United States on orders over $75.

What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order doesn’t arrive or arrives damaged, contact us right away and we will investigate. 


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition.

Can I exchange my item for a different size or color?
Yes! If the item is in stock, we’ll happily exchange it. You’ll just need to cover return shipping.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return.

What sizes do you offer?
Our apparel comes in sizes XS–5XL (availability may vary by design). A full size chart is available on each product page.

How do I care for my apparel?
For best results, machine wash cold and tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly on designs.

What materials are your products made from?
Our apparel is printed on high-quality cotton blends that are soft, durable, and comfortable for everyday wear. Our shirts are also tag-free!
