Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Orders & shipping
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
Where do you ship?
The US only, for now. Free shipping on every US order.
How long will it take to get my order?
Everything's made to order, so plan on about 10 to 14 days from order to doorstep. Nothing sits in a warehouse; it gets printed when you order it.
How can I track my order?
Once it ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
If it hasn't gone into production yet, we'll do our best. Email support@neurowyld.com with your order number as soon as you can. Once it's being made, we can't stop it, and we can't guarantee changes.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Contact us right away at support@neurowyld.com with your order number, plus a photo if it's damaged, and we'll make it right.
The shirts
What are they made of?
Soft cotton‑blend tees (Bella+Canvas 3001), printed with designs hand-drawn by Juan. Tag‑free, so nothing's scratching your neck. The shirt is super breathable and slightly fitted.
What sizes do you offer?
Unisex sizing from XS to 5XL (availability may vary by design). There's a full size chart on every product page. Between sizes or want it roomier? Size up.
How do I care for them?
Turn inside out and machine wash cold, tumble dry low, and don't iron directly on the design. They'll last longer.
Returns & exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Reach out at support@neurowyld.com to get started.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or design?
Yes. Contact us within 30 days and we'll set up a swap. You'll just cover return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once we've received your return, refunds usually land within 5 to 10 business days.
About us
Who are you?
Neurowyld is the apparel side of Life Skills Advocate, a neurodivergent‑led coaching company. Kyle runs it day to day and brought on his husband Juan to draw the designs. Full story on our About Us page.
What does "neurospicy" mean?
A playful, affectionate term in the neurodivergent community for brains that work a little differently. Which, around here, is the whole point.
What's the connection to Life Skills Advocate (LSA)?
LSA is our parent company, the neurodivergent coaching side, run by Chris Hanson. Neurowyld is its feral little sibling, the apparel side. Same family, very different energy. If coaching's what you need, that's them: lifeskillsadvocate.com.
